strawberries&champagne

smiles...

wed and thurs..
training... boring.........
but on thurs.. was even more boring than usual coz diff teacher..
ohwell..
and there was a fire drill!.. at abt 3.45pm..
we had to climb down 20 storeys la!.. *faint*
but luckily we didnt have to continue with training after the fire drill...

so i went to vivo to try and find a sweater for my baby since he's freezing in office =/
ended up going to ion also..
and ended up calling him... and telling him what i was doing..
damn.. in the end.. he came to ion to look for me..
and we didnt get anything... grrr... =/
i knew tt would happen if i asked him.... =/
went hme for dinner after tt...

fri i took mc...
met in toa payoh... took mc and then we took a bust to vivo...
we went to watch 2 movies..
Knight & Day and Nanny McPhee...
both really funny and nice movies.. =)
was really tempted to get the olympus pen.. =x
but its really exp..
and i've been spending too much lately..
plus going to sydney... so.. =/
in the end.. i decided not to get it...coz i dont need it..
although... on the way out of vivo back hme..
guess i was really upset for nt getting it.. =x
disappointed...

so we went to serangoon garden for dinner..
and we da-baoed hme to eat..
and we watched tv together..
and coz my whole family wasnt in..
it was just the 2 of us.. =)

sat..
we had breakfast at serangoon garden..
dimsum... which lawrence got alot of... *faint*..
then we went to vivo to buy my Pen! =)
wheee.. happy... =)

BUT!.. my stupid credit card was declined..
so paiseh... was like 100% sure tt i can just use my credit card..
totally forgot tt i used my credit card for our sydney airfare.. =x
sux... actually i only remembered the above yest morn (mon morn).. wth?!
ohwell.. had to pay cash... so i guess... tt kinda spoilt the mood.. =/

then we went to orchard...
lido to buy movie tix..
then borders to get a sydney travel book.. =)
then we went for our movie - toy story 3 in 3d!..
i loved it also!.. =)

then as per our plan..
we went to marina barrage and bought a kite...
its kinda papery.. and we can actually draw on..
kinda flimsy thou..was kinda afraid tt it'll jus tear...
hmmm... so we managed to get our kite up!...
but it flew for like abt 15mins..
before... a cisco guard came and told us to brg it down..
wth.. damn... coz got a low-flying helicopter gonna fly pass...
and we waited so long... till we had to go la..
ended up only flying for tt 15mins....
and only when we left.. then we saw the helicopter with the singapore flag.. =/
ohwell..

we went to amara hotel to change...
and since we were early in meeting my family for dinner..
my parents' anniversary..

so coz we didnt really hav much to do..
we went into the bar for strawberry champagne (me) and Hoegarden beer (law) =)
yummy strawberry champagne! =)

then when it was getting close to 8pm..and they also reach le...
we walked to icon village for dinner at Salta..
its a Argentine restaurant... Argentina is known for their beef..
and so i had steak...

BUT... service was really bad...
we waited really really long..
frm abt 8.30 we eat till abt 10.30pm la.. =/
scolding each and every waiter/waitresses/manager...
haha.. yikes! =x
but the food was quite nice... but nthng special ba....

was kinda blur frm the champagne before i had my steak..
hence didnt try the red wine at all... hmmm...

sun..
i had my monthly facial with my mummy...
then lunch with my parents before meeting lawrence...

and coz of the movie theatre and movie timings that come into place...
we went for a movie at suntec.. with out free movie vouchers we got frm the last movie that went wrong at suntec...
and we made sure tt we culd use the voucher...

we went to watch The Legend is born : Ip Man..
really nice... haha... been watching all nice movies the past few days..
then we went ECP... but we had to walk a long way in to get to the bicycle rental shops.. =/
maybe i was tired?.. guess i just wasnt feeling my best....
hence kinda spoilt the day while cycling at ecp.. =x

then we had dinner at a hk restaurant in ecp, C.Nai...
there was a live band playing...
the place was really noisy.. but the band sang quite well...
food was quite nice as well.. =)
and i also managed to explore my Olympus Pen E-P2 functions! =)
smiles....

then we made our way hme...
aching.... =x
hmmm...

monday...
training... with diff ppl frm last week le..
kinda got stuck at a table with the majority of ppl i dont know de..
ohwell... at least got someone i know with me ba...
but training is boring.............
and slow............
i much prefer last week's training...
ohwell..

we only finished training at like close to 5pm la... =/
had to rush to the HR dept myself to get a letter for my CPA stuff..
hmmm... then i went to starbucks to wait for lawrence..
then only we took 70 back hme...
and he went for dinner with ck...
and i spent the evening infront of the tv....
aching everywhere frm the cycling...urgH!
ohwell...

tuesday...
another day of training..
had the tuesday blues.....
cant wait for my leave.....
cant wait for lunch and for training today to end...
yAWN!
